The project time-period is February 2/28/18 to 5/31/18. Key elements of the project include upgrades to the Building Au-tomation Controls, Air Quality Monitoring, Central systems and remote controls of HVAC systems, improving building air pressurization, zoned lighting and demand controls, occupan-cy sensors, new rooftop units, pools system controls and im-proved systems filtration
The Harrison YMCA, has thousands of members, guests and associates on site each week. It is critical that the project team work to maintain an environment during this project that promotes safety, cleanliness and forward -looking plan-ning to avoid any interruption in the daily operations of the Harrison YMCA. These goals can be achieved by ongoing communications with the project team and the staff of the YMCA. The project requirements are:
Total Energy savings : $76,545 + $6550 = $83,095 per year.
Total Maintenance savings : $28,500 per year
Overall (Energy + Maintenance ) savings = $111,595 /yr
